When the Presence of Creative Coworkers Is Related to Creativity: Role of Supervisor Close Monitoring, Developmental Feedback, and Creative Personality

When creative co-workers are present, the less supervisors engage in close monitoring (but provide developmental feedback), the more employees exhibit creativity. This condition is stronger with less creative employees.
