For art historians of he Black Death (1348), the Plague of London (1665) or the wave of epidemics that washed over Italian cities between 1500-1700, our current pandemic feels familiar. Death profoundly affects each one of us though it is mostly hidden from the public eye behind hospital walls , during this time of COVID.
