Trans people experience high levels of depression, anxiety & suicidal ideation, as well as poor experiences seeking mental health support. Trans clients report the use of an online arts journaling group facilitates a powerful sense of belonging created in the group & reflected through the artwork.

Artists and scientists alike are focused on exploring the world through introspection, examination and experimentation.
