Teacher beliefs & affect about creativity plus school environmental support for student creativity impact their emotional well-being, secondary traumatic stress, buoyancy & joy in teaching. However, support for teachers to be creative is not a priority in education which impacts well-being & resilience in the face of the pandemic.
