Since the birth of civilization, people working in different scientific and arts fields have been inspired by phenomena that involve the combining of different disciplines, creating something new by thinking across boundaries that at first may seem incongruous. We need different curricula designs and pedagogies to re-present, re- configure, and revision the ethos and purposes of “creating,” “making,” and “remaking,” as the essential acts for a more eclectic, humanizing, and sustainable education.
